Hero Lectro, a brand under Firefox Bikes Ltd., has unveiled its latest product, the Muv-E, a cargo e-cycle designed for fleet operators, small business owners, and delivery riders. Priced at INR 61,999 and available in black, the Muv-E aims to address the needs of last-mile delivery with its practical design features.

The Muv-E comes with a front basket capable of carrying up to 10 Kgs and a rear carrier accommodating loads of up to 25 Kgs, making it suitable for transporting packages and cargo. It has a total load capacity of 120 kgs, including the rider’s weight, and a detachable battery with a 14.5 AH capacity, providing a range of up to 70 kms with pedal assist on a single charge and an 8-hour quick charge time. Additionally, the Muv-E does not require a licence for operation.

Tailored for small-scale deliveries, the Muv-E offers a ‘Charge the Mobile on the Go’ feature, allowing users to charge their mobile devices while riding. It also includes a cushioned seat for a comfortable riding experience, safety features such as a key ignition system, and a high-power front light for nighttime visibility.

Sriram Sundresan, CEO of Firefox Bikes, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, highlighting the Muv-E’s load capacity, cost-efficient operation, and eco-conscious design. He emphasised its low maintenance costs compared to traditional two-wheelers and its ability to cover 14 kilometres on just one rupee, as well as its potential to support gig work effectively and contribute to reducing carbon emissions in urban areas.

The Muv-E also features a 7-speed Shimano gear system, IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, a maximum speed of <25 Km/hr, and safety enhancements such as anti-skid pedals and reflectors. Additionally, it includes an 80 mm Travel Suspension and a 26″ Alloy Unisex frame for a smooth and stable ride.
